Rajeh A. Saadeh is the founding attorney of the firm and a New Jersey divorce and family law litigator with deep experience in complex matrimonial matters — including high-conflict custody, equitable distribution, high net worth divorce, business valuation, executive compensation, stock options, and prenuptial agreements.

Prior to founding the firm, Rajeh served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Hany A. Mawla — now a judge of the New Jersey Appellate Division and formerly the presiding judge of the Family Part in Somerset, Hunterdon, and Warren Counties. That clerkship gave Rajeh a firsthand understanding of how litigation is evaluated from the bench — insight he brings to every matter he and the firm's attorneys handle.

Rajeh served on the New Jersey Supreme Court Family Practice Committee and as a Family Part Early Settlement Panelist — formal recognitions of experience from the judiciary itself.
